By using this applicaion, all the available emails of Exchange mailboxes can easily be migrated into PDF format. This tool will store each mail as PDF in the respective folder. This means the mails in inbox will be stored in inbox folder, send items will be stored sent items, etc. Moreover, it maintains the folder structure as well.
Once viewing the items from within the mailboxes, users can save only the selective items in PDF format. For this, they need to mark or unmark the mailboxes/items folders while going through the process of migration. On the destination location, the tool will generate all the exported folders.

There are two options for scanning and the utility performs quick scanning by default. With this the files, which are corrupted in a minor way can be repaired. While, with advance scanning option, it is possible to repair highly corrupted files as well. The tool provides the preview of the items once the scanning is done.
First, click on Start >> All Programs >> EDB to PDF Converter. A screen will appear, click on Open
Now, browse the Exchange EDB file from the machine. Then choose the Exchange storage type and check the box if the file is corrupted. Finally click on OK
The scanning of the file will begin. You will get the confirmation report once it is done. Next, choose the files or folders you wish to save by clicking on Save as PDF option.
Select the location to save the file.
A message will be received confirming the completion of the export process.
